Tips for healthy heart
 
Every one can reduce the risk of heart disease by having a healthy life style
1.A work out plan
Exercises like walking, swimming and cycling maintain the health of blood vessels and strengthen the heart muscles.
2.A health diet
Include foods mentioned above.
3.Quit smoking
4.Control weight
5.Control high blood pressure.
High blood pressure increases the risk of getting heart disease.
6.Control the cholesterol level
High cholesterol leads to heart disease.Bad cholesterol in blood is not healthy.
7.Control the diabetes
It is very difficult for the body to control blood sugar levels, if you have diabetes which in turn can damage blood vessels.
8.Family history
If your family members is having heart disease,then you have the chance of getting heart disease.

Foods that are good for heart include
1.Eat fish such as salmon, tuna, mackerel, herring and trout.
2. Healthy nuts such as almonds or walnuts.

5.Black beans that are high in fiber,vitamins, minerals .
6.A 4-ounce glass of red wine improve good cholesterol levels.
7.Vegetables such as carrots, sweet potatoes, red peppers .
8.Use Spinach in Sandwiches and salads.
9.Fruits such as oranges, papaya are rich in beta-carotene, potassium, magnesium and fiber.
10.Tender, sweet asparagus .
11.Tomatoes
12.Dark chocolate.
13.Broccoli .
