Meal Plans Anyone?
Does anyone have any good meal plans for a girl who wants to lose 10 rather quickly? There is no rush i just am not a big fan of dieting so i don't really want to draw it out......

It all depends on how much you currently weigh and how much your daily caloric need is. Once you find that out (fitday is a great tool) people generally say to restrict 500 calories a day, and that should take you to lose 1 lb per week.

Sometimes I log food for the day before I actually eat it. I figure out a calorie goal and then try to plan my meals accordingly, taking into account not only my goal but what I'm doing that day (eating out or at home, with or without friends.) I find it helps. Just a thought.
