You are right, no place for sugar. I put mine in the alcohol section.

Not so good news and some good news...It's all how you look at it.

1. I gained 1.2 pounds. I know why. I was naughty.
2. I had to eat it because my body was in soo much pain (hunger).

Lesson Learned: If your TOM lasts more than 3 days, re-start hcg on the 3rd or 4th day so that you will not starve yourself. Mine lasted for 6.5 days and I waited until yesterday to restart. Not good. HCG leaves your system in 24 to 36 hours after the lat injection. My body literally was starving and in pain.

Good News: I am no longer in pain. I probably should have re-started with my load days, but I am going to continue on and see how it works out.

If you put the sugars in the alcohol section it will count them as extra, not as part of the carbs I guess?

Good Morning. No loss, No gain today. Cool.

Having to stay focused as this entire week is Employee Appreciation Week and they are using food as the appreciation.

Down 0.4 pounds. Thought I would reach the 160's today. Oh well. found out that the shake I was using had sugar in it. Changed to Jay Robbs...man he is expensive. Also the veggies mom brought home had oil on it. Great.

I made it to the 160's. Yay. Since I am talking to myself (which is ok sometimes). I will no longer chat here . I will check back from time to time. Have a good one.

I'm the biggest loser. WTG

Cool 22 days on HHCG

I started Homeopathic HCG 22 days ago and have lost 22.5 pounds. I drink a gallon of water daily and eat between 500-700 calories. I eat whole healthy foods and take multiple supplements as well as drink a gallon of water a day.

For the Naysayers, you would really need to study Dr. Simeon's book, Pounds and Inches to understand the science behind the diet.

My highest weight was 320 pounds ten years ago. I lost 100 pounds with regular dieting and exercise and maintained it all but 20 pounds which I have gained and lost many times over in the last couple years. HHCG has broken that cycle for me. I feel better using it than I did with calorie counting and exercise. I am also losing fat from places like my back and arms that I do not normally lose from. I am continuing on with my R1P2 for the next 28 days and will move into P3 which is basically a low carb diet, which is the normal way I eat. Good Luck to everyone on this Protocol. If you work it, it will work.
