Strawberries - 1 Cup(7g)
Avocado - 1(1/2g)
Guava - 1(5g)
Raspberries - 1(5g)
Papaya - Half(6g)

Berries are my go to snack. Delicious and as you point out very low in sugar

In moderation sugar alcohols make things taste the same to me. Too much sugar alcohols are good for us either. I find eliminating sugar reduces cravings and I don’t think twice about it. My snacks are berries, nuts, cheese..
