Detoxing your body with green tea should be on the top but what about skin? Does Activated Charcoal works good for cleansing your facial skin? I have heard about it a lot, Any suggestion?

One of my friends has lost around 10 lbs by following full body detox. It is very helpful for all looking for weight loss naturally.

The system that gave me the best result was this: after a course of enemas, I started taking Dr.Parell. That gave the most noticeable result.

The only detox I've done is a 5-day water fast. (I still had a cup of coffee in the am to prevent the headaches.) Dinner/Supper I'd have a cup of salted bone broth. I felt AMAZING afterwards. Lost 14 pounds and kept most of it off. Mental clarity skyrockets, and all the digestive issues disappeared.

Never tried it. I have never had luck with fad diets; I usually get headaches. Besides the fact that there are much better ways to detoxify the body than consuming a liquid diet that, if I am not mistaken, doesn't contain many vital nutrients that your body needs. Doesn't sound like the healthiest way to live but to each their own

They said green tea is good for detox, or any kind of tea. I'm trying to find the best one yet but everything seems to be all similar. I came across into different websites every now and then, but i'm worrying about the side effects. I know that teas are organic but sometimes, they could result of stomach pain or hunger-- resulting in too much food intake just to satisfy that. I came across in The red tea detox ad, but I think that it's too good to be true. what do you guys think? Should I try it? Or maybe you could give me some suggestions? Thank you!
