This one worked for me after so many failed
I started the Medi Weight Loss Program in early July of 2015 and as of 11/5/15 I've dropped 70lbs. It's a VLCD (very low calorie diet) but it's a physician assisted. I go into the clinic each week to get weighed in and have my vital checks and for counseling. If needed and approved, there are suppressants that can be prescribed. It's a little on the pricey side but it's the only the program that has worked for me. I have tried so many diets in my time from fad diets to designer diets. I think what has helped me is partly the weekly accountability with medical professionals and also the money. For me money talks very loud and if I'm going to pay for something I'm sure going to follow through on something.

I was in a different diet program years ago that worked like that. Except we had to check in every day! (Not weekends.)

It was convenient to my workplace and my boyfriend at the time was out of town for the summer. Life got very simple very quickly for me and the diet worked. Sometimes, all it takes is the right set of circumstances. The medical supervision was a big plus because it was very low calorie.

I don't believe there is a way to keep your weight constant without paying attention to diet (calories) and exercise.

Most centers closed, near bankruptcy.
Ironically the center near where I live houses a burrito place now.
