Low Carb
I have just started low carb . I gave up my beloved Coke Zero but am having a hard time drinking coffee with no sweetener so I use Stevia . I will say that since giving up soda , I am a lot less hungry . I lost 100 pounds on low cal diet but gained 20 lbs back during Holidays . I am trying low carb to see if I can get off 40 more lbs to reach my goal of 163 . I am an older woman and have no desire to be skinny but I need to get healthy . So far 5 lbs lost in a week . I will be able to add more sugars (fruit , veggies , ect.) as I progress . On low cal I was always hungry but so far on low carb , not so much . Either way , it is a struggle . Good luck to all !

The first is that I admire you dare change yourself.
Second, I'd recommend you one thing, every people, every body is different. And of course, with this method consistent with this person, but do not fit the other.
So you should try and experience the feeling of yourself first, then evaluate the effectiveness of the method.

Has anyone of you ever tried Alkaline Diet ? If yes then do share your experiences with us about it's effects. Actually i have . And do not know either they have listedrecently found a resource having alkaline diet plan detail: link removed a factual details or just some sort of false research?
