I am a thyroid patient and want to lose my weight. I'm on a diet and medicines. Do I still need to exercise?

Exercise is the best way to lose weight but if you have lot of weight first use some hcg pellets or drops and then exercise

no matter you are healthy or not .excises are necessary .

Low-carb diets
Drinking lots of water and green tea
Often will be very much based on willpower. Just make this your top priority and go for it for 6 weeks. :)

People with higher IQ recognize , analyze and understand the issues better . Hence the expression " happiest are those stupid " . Who is most attracted to drugs , someone who is happy or someone who is unhappy?
