If there is a Weight Watchers in Croatia, look for Weight Watchers cookbooks for vegetarians. The cookbooks are, for the most part, excellent and have easy-to-make recipes.

Also, you can Google 'Weight Watchers vegetarian recipes' and find quite a lot.

A friend of mine just switched over to being a vegetarian after pressure from her fiance (terrible reason, I know). She immediately lost a lot of weight from her diet change. I think she eats less because the vegetables she eats fill her up more (she still eats a lot of pizza and junk food).

Eat a lot of greens. But make sure you're getting in good protein; eat nuts and beans.

It is for people who normally eat meat I'm a vegetarian for years, and I'm proof that vegetarian diets can paste on you!

Aim for five servings per day of fresh fruits and vegetables, focus on lean meats and low-fat dairy, and stay away from processed foods, fast foods, junk food, and anything high in salt, fat, or sugar, and you’ll lose weight naturally without a lot of fuss.
