Carbs from veggies and fruit

My food break down for today shows Fat 32%, Carbs 46% and Protein at 22%. I only ate veggies and unsweet applesauce and red grapefruit to make up the carbs. What should the ratio be? I am trying to lose a LOT for a cruise the end of summer. I'm doing T25 and eating extremely clean food. Does anyone have any thoughts on this breakdown? Thanks.

Those ratios sound great to me! The Zone diet is something like 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fat. It seems to come out pretty well when evaluated for nutrients - as diets go.

It's tough to get enough protein without loading on fat. You have handled that really well.
