Probiotics....
 
I've been told that probiotics fights off bad bacteria in the digestive track and replaces it with good bacteria, which helps you to digest your food better, fights off sugar and carb cravings, and helps you to feel better and lose weight too. I bought some at GNC (PB8) and ordered a more expensive brand called Keybiotics, from Whole Body Research....I've been on the PB8 for a few days and just started the Keybiotics today.....so far I am feeling better, more energy, less stomach problems...I haven't lost any weight yet, but sugar cravings are down...and I'm craving fresh veggies now...but eating less...this just might work, we'll see...

Probiotics is good for everyone and I think all of us must drink yogurt probiotics

I make milk and water kefir. They are both loaded with probiotics and enzymes.
