Yeah, a guy at my WW meeting said that he doesn't figure the Points Plus out anymore. He can tell just by looking at food what the points are going to be. He just keeps losing weight, with that approach, too. He goes to the meetings for the motivation and support, and keeps his points plus limit in mind.

I would like a copy. I have found drinking alot of water helps too. Fills you up. I also take a natural weightloss supplement helps to curb appetite to help with weightloss. I have found one that has no side effects and has stuff we need anyways. SF is for me.

Can you please tell me more about ZONE? Would it be a diet book and if so, where I can buy it or who the author is? Thanks.

The Zone diet is very popular and has books, a website, and food products (bars, etc). Check Amazon, or Google the website.

Yes, Zone is a diet. There are several books out (the origional book, a cook book, etc). I was introduced quite a whie ago, and although I've never used it, the principal is that there are "blocks" that you build your meals on/with? such as protien, carbs, etc. I don't know who the auther is, but I see the books in the diet/nutrition section of thrift stores all the time, so I would check that angel before you spend $25+ on a concept that you may or may not like.

Good luck

I just read an article about '3 Unique Veggies That Fight Abdominal Fat'. It has to do with vegetables that contain very unique phytonutrients that help you fight stubborn belly fat.
Such as broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, kale, bok choy, cabbage, etc. Maybe you read it as well?

On July 31, 2004, I weighed 160 lbs. By January 2005, I weighed 120 lbs. I lost 40 lbs on my eating plan! No gimmicks or tricks, it's cheap (you buy your own foods at the grocery store) and it works very well.

If anyone is interested in getting a copy let me know, I will share it with anyone. So far, out of the 3 friends who have tried it, one stuck to it and lost her baby weight in 4 months, the other started it but got pregnant and had to quit, and the 3rd is starting it now. My pregnant friend is going to start it as soon as she has her baby!

I would love to hear about your eating plan!! Can you send me some information on it?
