The good news is that some people actually deserve to be praised for their achievements, and these bloggers are among them.

Speaking during an interview with The Athletic Build in 2015 she revealed that she's been an athlete her whole life, starting with gymnastics when she was little, then volleyball, and even a season of women's football, before becoming a CrossFitter.

She also wants clear up the misconceptions surrounding CrossFit. she said, "The biggest misconception I hear is that if you're a woman, you'll end up looking like a "Bro."
