10 Exercises to Boost Your Sex Life


Who doesn't want to have better sex? There are only so many things you can do to improve your sexual techniques, but did you know that exercise is one of them? With the right exercises, you can kick your sex drive up a notch!

Here are a few of the exercises you can try to give your sex life a boost:

  1. Low Side-to-Side Lunge

    This exercise will help to increase your flexibility, strengthen your inner thigh muscles and give you stronger legs. It's one to add to your routine for even better sex!

  2. Squats

    Squats will get your blood flowing to your lower body, and increasing circulation around your legs and midsection will increase circulation to your genitalia. Improved circulation leads to enhanced arousal, so spend more time doing squats to boost your sex life!
