how to lose fat fast

Wondering how to lose fat fast? Well, there are many ways to go about doing it, but if you really want to learn how to lose fat fast, I can share with you a technique which works like crazy, the thing is, it is a tough diet to follow. If you're up for it though, I'll post it up here and you can look into it:

The Peanut Butter Diet

That's right, this diet is all about eating peanut butter and pretty much nothing else! More specifically, you're going to be eating all natural peanut butter which is the healthier form of peanut butter that is harder to find.

Once you've found this though, the idea is to eat about 2-3 tablespoons of this every couple of hours. This will really fill you up and it's really healthy as well. Now as yummy as this sounds, it's not actually easy to stick to this diet, the reason being that it leaves you feeling tired and lethargic. But if you can stick to it, the fat just comes off your body so fast, it's amazing.

The reason this works well is because the peanut butter is mostly made up of fat with some protein and almost no carbs. When you eat so few carbs your body is forced to use fat as it's fuel. When your body does this, it becomes a fat burning machine which means it becomes much easier for you to lose weight through your diet and exercise routine. Give this a shot if you can stomach it.

Hi Ibrhum,
Question, Peanut butter is all you eat? If it is, for how many days?

Thanks!

Use of Peanut fee for the most beneficial bodybuilding.

The challenge w/this is that it's only a temporary fix. You may lose quickly with providing your body with the fats and proteins it needs for the interim but when you start eating again, the weight will come back on. Additionally, how motivated are you going to be to stick to peanut butter for "x" numbers of days. You may want to look up something that you know intrinsically will work for you. Even things like intermittent fasting are more realistic than placing your body (more so your mind) through quick fixes like peanut butter. Best of luck to you and your journey!!!

Very true. Temporary fixes are not the way to go, especially if your trying to become more healthy. You don't want to deprive your body, but you do want to burn the fat. Exercise and eating healthy on the best way to go. Always.

Peanuts are a legume and have a very high poly-unsaturated fat content, which can cause a number of problems.

Peanuts along with other legumes and grains contain Lectins and can be associated with gastrointestinal problems such as Crohn's disease, celiac disease, colitis and irritable bowel syndrome, as well as allergies and autoimmune diseases.

That being said, it is unnecessary to avoid them entirely. However I would suggest minimizing your consumption at least. On top of that, the very nature of a non-diverse diet can put you at risk for various nutritional problems.
