I use peanut butter in most of my smoothies and consider it a good source of protein as well, but the diet you are recommending to pursue is not humanly healthy. I cannot provide you solid grounds of why I am stating it unhealthy, therefore for that consult a doctor please.

For me i think normal exercise is the best to reduce your weight fast its normal so it would be effective.

Default My battle with obesity

Hey there folks! I was struggling with obesity because of my unhealthy lifestyle, I tried everything and nothing was helping. I came by this application 2 weeks ago and it's helped me a lot. There are many ways to lose fat fast.
  • East healthy food
  • Drink water
  • Take fruits
  • Do excercise

you can do yoga for lose weight and also try some home made remedies for lose overweight drink plenty of water daily..and take complete 8 hours sleep.

I’d suggest to drink only lukewarm water especially, in the morning you can add some lemon and honey. A long walk and yoga consisting of breathing exercises.

Even while I acknowledge that peanut butter is a healthy food, I believe that the difficulty here is that you'll eventually eat something other than peanut butter, and the problem will resurface. Without a true understanding of what it means to have a healthy weight-loss strategy, I believe weight will continue to sneak back on.

Peanut butter is undoubtedly delicious and nutritious. But whenever I eat it, I get pimples. Does it happen to me only or someone else is facing the same issue?
