Staying on track during vacation
So what has worked for you guys? I am going to an all inclusive this week and I need to make sure I dont end up like last time and gain 8 pounds in 1 week!!!!!
Just got back from Vegas (4 days) and I did pretty good regarding my diet, however, boozing it up did me in....I went to the workout room the first morning, but after that, I gave up.
I figure once I get back home I'll get back on track and lose those extra lbs.
Just try to eat smart:D
