gaining wieght post season
right after i finished my wrestling season i gained weight as expected. 5 weeks and 4 pounds later i started working out and dieting to lose some of the pudge. ive been eating a calorie deficit and running, lifting almost daily. but for some reason im gaining wieght. why is this?

Since the body tends to store fat when it is in deficit mode, could you maybe be needing to eat a bit more? That sounds strange, I know, but I have found that to happen to myself from time to time, especially if I skip meals. Also, since you are lifting, could it be you are gaining more muscle at this point?
