Help me I want to lose several kilograms of my weight!

Hello from me! I want to lose several kilograms, but I don't know how? One friend recommend me for weight losse product lipovon, he said that is very effective! Some one have any information on this product?

The main thing is to get your diet under control. And help your body get rid of the undesired fat by exercising and burning it. Some things that can help are taking vitamin C, helps you balance the cortisol your body creates under stress and it also makes carnitine, this will help you burn fat faster.

You can work on boosting your metabolism, there are things we can do to naturally boost it. Be sure to have a good breakfast, you need to jump start your metabolism first thing in the morning to burn the most calories possible throughout the day. Studies show that eating breakfast can increase your resting metabolism for the rest of the day by as much as 10%. A healthy breakfast of fruit and yogurt, or a piece of whole wheat toast and a couple of eggs. You just need something simple and healthy to alert your body to start working.

Vitamin B is key in turning carbs, fats and proteins into energy. When you don’t get enough your metabolism slows down, leaving you fatigued, possibly depressed and at risk for diseases. Try adding more spinach, melon, broccoli, and lean proteins like beans, fish and eggs to your diet to stock up on B vitamins. You’ll notice the increase in energy right away.

Magnesium is needed to make your metabolism work efficiently with every muscle, nerve and heart cell in your body. It’s also the same mineral that most people aren’t getting enough of. Many of the same green veggies that are stocked with vitamin b are also rich in magnesium! Sprinkle a few nuts on a spinach salad or snack on some edamame to get a boost of magnesium.

After age 35, you lose .5% of muscle mass every year, and after age 60 it just gets worse. Fight this slowdown by building up lean muscle mass with strength and resistance training- your body’s metabolic rate increases when you have more muscle mass to maintain. Research also suggests that resistance training may increase life expectancy – it’s a win-win.

Your metabolism likes smaller meals more often and processes them more efficiently than large heavy meals. In fact, saving all of your calories and eating two heavy meals during the day is one of the surest ways to SLOW DOWN your metabolism. Try eating 5 times a day combining 3 light meals with 2 healthy snacks.

HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training, a method of exercise that is about short, intense workouts that usually last about 20 minutes. It has been shown to burn fat more effectively than being on the treadmill for hours on end. I don’t recommend doing this every day, but incorporating HIIT into your fitness regime twice a week can amp up your metabolism and shock your body to stimulate fat loss.

Avoid white carbohydrates - bread, rice, cereal, potatoes, pasta, and fried food with breading. If you avoid eating anything white, you’ll be in good shape. Get tons of sleep in order to keep levels of ghrelin low, which increases appetite, and decreases leptin, the protein hormone that tells you when you’re full.

Hope this serves of some useful information.

God Bless

For me is interesting, what is the action on this a "magical pill"?

JenniferMunday 04-12-2013 06:41 AM

Has anyone tried adding Chia seeds to their diet? I started by adding 2 TBSP to my smoothie in the morning and I don't feel hunger pangs at all during the day. I do eat lunch, but a small lunch as I am just not hungry. The Chia seeds are full of vitamins and really quite good for you. I have already lost 2lbs in one week. It is well worth a try, if for nothing more than adding a good dose of vitamins to your body!!!

michelle8447 04-15-2013 05:53 PM

Lost 10 lbs but gained back 15

I didn't tried Lipovox, but I did tried a few diet pill and diet systems (Atkins) a couple years back. The problem with diet only method is that you tend to lose more water weight, and possible muscle mass, which you can easily gain the weight right back. This happened to me..

If you can, try to eat very CLEAN (meaning that no processed foods, no fast carbs - wheat, corn, whole what), no soda or diet soda (bad for liver, bad for fat burn).

Eat more vegetables, brown rice, quinoa, sweet potatos, lean meat.

Exercise - if you can try to do high intensity interval training because it'll really boost your metabolism and give you permanent results.

Good luck and god bless!

and prayer to Boston... :(

Be Aware of the Weight Loss Pills

Whilst weight loss pills often help you to lose the weight, by artifcially increasing the metabolism throughout the day, when you stop taking the pill you will find that the regime no longer works. It may be possible to to maintain the weight, but to lose weight from this period will be much harder until the body adapts. My advice would be to use simple methods to raise your metabolism throughout the day and obviously have a vigorous exercise programme. I found this blog to be very helpful for my weight loss routine (the pages concerning maximising exercise and creating a programme)

estela00 04-18-2013 11:43 PM

I just want to lose several kilograms, and then I'm able to have normal weight.

Thanks for this useful information!

michaelap 06-27-2013 06:43 AM

Just drink more water and don't drink any alcohol!

djwayne 07-10-2013 11:42 AM

Jennifer, thanks for suggesting Chia Seeds, I looked into them and it seems everybody is recommending them, so I bough a package of them to try out, so far so good !!

spacecherrypie 08-18-2013 05:20 AM

I looked up the active ingredients (Hoodi Gordonii and Garcinia Cambogia) and there is no scientific evidence that they work or only very little in the case of Garcinia Cambogia, which is toxic to the liver.

Kevinoo7 10-01-2013 01:01 AM

Bought Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract fat burner product on the advice of a friend who used it to lose the weight that she gained during pregnancy. Started taking it the first day at home. One week later, all I can say is that I'm very impressed. My cravings are gone and I've lost 4 pounds so far. I've even in progress exercising again because I feel so good and very happy. I haven't had any side effects. Love this product!

For safety's sake, I'd ask your doctor,

This comes from a review of weight loss supplements in the U.S. It may differ from the policies of other countries.

'Despite widespread use, there is still limited data on
the safety and efficacy of the products currently on the
market. Because dietary supplements are viewed as food
and not drugs, they are not regulated by the Food and
Drug Administration (FDA). Instead, under the Dietary
Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA), dietary
supplements can be marketed without evidence to support
efficacy and safety. If a dietary supplement appears to be
unsafe after being marketed, the FDA can then decide
whether or not to have the product removed from the
market. This was the case for the weight loss supplement
ephedra which was removed from the market in 2004 after
reports of serious health risks . The literature published in
the arena of weight loss continues to be plagued by concerns
such as: small studies, inconsistency with participant body
weight (BMI), variation in length of studies, use of exercise,
and a variety of products at differing dosages.'

Journal of Obesity, August, 2010

Regarding with drinking more water.. it's another factor of maintaining body weight? It would be good if it will be combined with little cardio exercise.

Kathy13118 06-26-2014 10:35 AM

There are four weeks in a month. You lost 34 pounds in one month? That means you lost over 8 pounds each week. A doctor would question that kind of weight loss. It's likely to be unhealthy. I question the safety of that kind of supplement and that kind of weight loss.

What is a safe rate of weight loss and why?
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7847427

'Nine subject groups derived from five published reports met the criteria for inclusion in the analysis. When the results of these groups were evaluated statistically, a curvilinear relationship between incidence of gallstone formation and rate of weight loss was demonstrated. The relationship was best described by an exponential regression curve, with an adjusted r2 of 0.98 and a dramatically increasing risk of gallstone formation at rates of weight loss above 1.5 kg per week.'

Gallstones can be very uncomfortable.

To lose several kilograms, break your meals in small frequent meals and prefer raw food over processed food. Drink more water than routine, manage stress and avoid eating late.

resources for gluten free diets/depression

Forget diets, change your lifestyle. Over the years my weight fluctuated somewhat but I was always able to drop the extra pounds easily. However, when I turned 50 and menopause hit, I really struggled to lose weight. Cutting out all processed foods, as well as sugar and flour has been key for me. On a friend’s recommendation I bought this Paleo Cookbook Paleo Grubs Book | 470+ Paleo Recipes in 17 Categories to keep meals interesting. Within two weeks my clothes were looser, I had more energy and my mental focus was sharper. With 2 kids still at home and working full-time this has been a good way to transition to a healthier diet. It is full of a variety of recipes that my family enjoys and has made it easy to stick with this new life style. This diet has also helped my 17-year old daughter who suffers from depression. Getting all the processed junk out of our diet has been life changing. Upafter10.com is another good resource for anyone who wants to learn about the science behind diet and depression. I try and incorporate as many organic fruits and veggies as possible and stick to organic and grass fed meats. The benefits for our bodies and our planet far outweigh the cost.

No Magic

Start walking daily. Push yourself to go further each day. Move up to more aerobic exercise as your body allows. Eat small bits all day long of really healthy food. Don't eat after 7pm. Try to consume most of your calories by early afternoon. Use FITDAY accurately, no fudging. If you ate a cup of almonds, make sure you log it. The accountability is staggeringly motivating. Once you make a daily habit of trying to have your expenditure greater than your intake, you'll be surprised at how the weight just falls away (50 lbs, 6 months) -

You seem to know so much about metabolism and weight loss! I was told I had a slow metabolism but I don't know what to do to fix it!! My diet isn't unhealthy but I have difficulty getting in exercise now due to health problems. I eat 4-5 small meals a day. I eat all home cooked, non-processed foods. Whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats and fish. I don't drink alcohol, not often anyway and if I do, it's usually a glass of red wine. I only drink one cup of coffee a day, some herbal teas and water...a LOT of water! I may have a cookie now and then or a piece of chocolate or a small dish of ice cream. I'm not a snacker, so chips and other snack foods aren't an issue for me. I always eat breakfast, usually an egg and toast with berries or whole grain cereal with milk and berries. I take a multiple vitamin, plus extra Vit D, Vit B12, magnesium and calcium. I also get vitamin B12 injections every month. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?? My doctors don't believe me when I tell them I eat healthy and I don't really eat over my calories either. They just raise an eyebrow and tell me to exercise but THEY of ALL people should know how difficult that is for me!! I just heard about the adapted Mediterranean diet, which is low carb and designed for diabetics and people with metabolic syndrome. This will actually add more fat in my diet with more olive oil than I already use and nuts, which I rarely eat. Otherwise, it's just adjusting what I already eat by slight amounts. Do you have any words of wisdom for me, Obi Wan?? 😉 I'm open to suggestions...just don't tell me to exercise!! LMAO 😂
