Has anyone tried this diet?
Hey all,
I came across this diet plan and was wondering if anyone else has tried it...Fat Loss Factor Though I read a lot of positive reviews about it on the internet, I’m still a bit sceptical. Does it really give you the results that they promise? Really curious so if you’ve tried this one, let me know! |
I prefer the Mediterranean diet or rather say vegan diet. It consists of only fruits and veggies with low calories. It is good to shed some extra calories with a healthy and fit body.

I can't prefer the diet in any case. If you wanna do your weight loss then you should drink water 9 to 10 glass daily, avoid from spicy food, eat vegetable that's better for you.
