on a fitness journey
I wanna go on fitnesss journey :) so got some questions,and would love to hear some wise advices .And i wanna know if any1 used this ebook that i came across Fitness Training Program, Personal Fitness Training Program at Maximum Fitness Australia i heard some good stuff about this literature but i wana make sure its not another scam of fitness media and that it is not some magic way to lose weight that requires minimum effort :)
See there is lot of info and material available but i advice you to follow only that much of it which is scientifically proven !!
