Eat Breakfast every day

Make sure to get some sunlight every day
Practice breathing properly (through your diaphragm)

Metabolism is one of the most important things when it comes to losing weight and it is one of the main reasons why people feel like they are failing at losing weight. Great tips on how to boost the metabolism!

Very nice. I've read a lot of this about speeding up metabolism and it always include the "Eat you Breakfast" thing. One question though, what do you mean by "After dinner snacks should only consist of fruit eaten slowly"?

Thanks,
Charles
