training tool to keep weight off for good
Before you eat what you shouldn't, or overeat, or give up, do this:
1. Get a pack that can handle alot of weight. I used my old ALICE pack. 2. Place weights equal to the amount of weight you have lost (I used 80 lbs of free weights) in the pack. 3. Put the pack on your back. 4. Walk around with it on ALL DAY. Still feel like overeating/eating junk food/quitting? I didn't think so. |
Whatt about you are outside and your ALICE pack is at home? Can you stop eat without that pack?
