Default High Intensity Workout

I thought this may be of interest to some of you. A new book has just been published, which shows you how two minutes of high intensity exercise, three times a week, can improve your fitness levels by an average of 10% as well as increasing lower body strength. It is aimed at non-athletes and athletes alike. The book is written by scientists and scientifically verified.
