Start 159.2, End 152.2, lost 7 lbs, down 4.4%
4.4% is a bit off the 10% to shoot for, but it is 7 lbs down and I'll take it! Week to week I don't see much difference. It's going so slowly. But it is nice to look here and see I am making progress. Slow but sure.
