Hey everybody, well im new around here so heres a little bout myself
I a student, 5 ft 7 and i weigh aroun 138 pounds So the thing is that i wana lose weight, but every diet i tried duznt work :( i was trying to get down to 110 pounds anybody got any suggestions? |
I'd love to be 138 and I'm also 5'7!!
My sister is 5"5 and she weighs about 130. And she's a very good weight, not too skinny not too fat. Are you sure 110 lbs wouldn't be too thin? 138 sounds perfect IMO. |
