Weight loss-The Jurney has began
Hi to all
After gaining a lot of kilos in the past 3 years I finally got the need and the termination to go in shape.
I'm 1.73 high 103kilos.Mostly I'm seated.It has been 5 days since I started.Before I ate mostly bread with cheese,salami,yellow cheese or what ever was in the fridge,also I liked to make spaghetti,boiled potatoes or rice which are all very high on carbs.
So now I loss 3kilos,got to drink a lot more water-2l. per day(my goal is to go to 3l.)got to eat more healthy food.I assume this great result is base on the fact that I stopped eat over and get more water.I really don't like pre made food,I always make everything I eat and have a lot of fresh food but just I mention I ate a lot of carbs.
So now if you can see my food log and tell me if this is OK.I haven't fill all the days cause I don't have much time but this are the bases stuff I eat now.I don't feel any hunger at all.And every day I take a walk for a 30-40mins a day with normal passe.
P.S. my english is a little bad.

Dog gone metric measurements???? I don't know for sure how well you have done but it sounds like your doing pretty good. Stay at it and I wish you all the luck in the world. We can make our goals and stay at a healthy weight if we just do a little every day.
