Hi I'm TiAnna from MI
Starting weight 178 Dec 2009
Current weight 156

Walked 3.8 Sunday, 0 on Monday and Tues I hiked 3.0 through some great trails we have here. Tomorrow is EcoTrek day. Not sure of the miles because of the workout involved but it's amazing If anyone can actually hike on trails VS walking the treadmill or even around the block. I strongly recommend it. You get a much better over all workout. Good luck to everyone!!!

Forgot Saturday we hiked 4.0 miles and seen 10 deer, 1 turkey and a buttload of squirrels
