Perfect example...even at my wedding when I thought I still looked ok, you can tell I am a lot heavier then...by about 20 pounds...than I am now

you look great in both.
I've actually been putting on weight myself, I struggle with "I need to bulk... no I should cut" I need to figure out which direction I need to go it, it';s hard to get both.

Default BTW I invite everyone to post their pics here!

I need to post up some more pics and be accountable. (BTW I'm flexing my abs in these pics)

This was a few months back, when I was "cutting"


This was me about a month ago, after some "bulking", just finished working out so I'm a little bigger than I normally am.


You can see that I can not get rid of the lower belly fat. I really need to tighten up my "diet", nutrition is the key!

Here is me a couple weeks ago.


I'll try to post up a more recent pic. I have more belly fat now. I'm still doing well, but not where I want to be. I'm now being told that "it's in my head" I look fine, but I know I've been slipping some. I guess I need to cut some more then do a "clean" bulk, any suggestions are appreciated.

Well you look great either way but usually we are our your own worst critics when it comes to things like that.

I need to start lifting as well. Been primarily running 3-4 days a week, which is good. But working three days a week, plus taking care of an 11 month old, its hard to find time to go to the gym to lift, in addition to already running 45 mins. But I will try!

okay, just being accountable. I just snapped this pic (the date is backwards b/c of the mirror lol). I'm flexing my GUT this time.



Here's my excuse: I'm bloated b/c my diet has been sucking lately. I've been under some additional stress and I let it get the best of me. I've been sleeping way too much and eating crap and now it's taken a toll on me. Once again, I blame me, myself, I. I am to blame and I will get back to where I need to be. I'll try to post updated pics here on a regular basis.

Oh the pic looks blurry b/c my lens is dirty, probably from my greasy fingers b/c of the crap food. lol

Well I guess on a positive note I'm not starting all over again.

I don't see a gut so I have no idea what you are talking about. Dont be too hard on yourself. I chowed on pumpkin cake and pretzles yesterday but I am back on the horse. Lifted and ran for 30 mins at the gym since I will have my long run tomorrow. Keep up the good work!
