Week 5 Weigh in 3/26
 
Hope everyone has had a great week. We had a strange week around here. It was 64 degrees on Friday and then we got 8" of snow on Saturday (lovely little surprise for the first day of spring). Back up in the 50's on Sunday! The rest of the week has been near 60 or a little above. I am so ready for spring to be here for good. I am itching to get outside and get the garden started and work off a few more pounds! Of course now I have to wait for the ground to dry out from all the melting snow LOL.

Time to weigh in!

221. -4 for the week and it means I have lost 40lbs since I started on 1/6!

Maintained this week, same at 264. Have to do better.

Maintaining is better than gaining :) Way to go Farr- 40lbs is a great achievement!

I am at 170 this morning. Down a pound. Only 10 more to go to meet my final goal on 5/1.

LOL- glad I could inspire someone ;) I had a somewhat friend (not that close) ask my sister in law this week if she was sure I didn't sneak off and have some kind of surgery. It really kind of pi$$ed me off after all the work I have done to lose the weight and for her to think that I couldn't do it on my own.

Down to 192.5 this week! Just broke the first 10lb loss mark:D. Going slow, but it is going in the right direction!
Congrats to everyone in sticking with it, even on weeks where you don't see a change!

Good morning everyone - congrats on the great job everyone is doing!
I'm down to 195 today, lost a pound this week.

Good work joannebeck! Several of us are giving ourselves non-food rewards for every 10 pound loss. It's very motivating.

Down 1 this week 282.6 started phase 2 of South Beach and since many many people gain the first week on this,,,Im very happy!!

I was sick all week (cold not flu) and didn't go to the gym for a whole week. Still feeling a little crappy but back to the gym so hopefully keep going down:)

It occurs to me that the weight loss and the perseverance of those who haven't lost weight this week. but are hanging in there, are equally inspiring. Thanks, you make this journey seem possible.

up 2lbs this week to 156:( Time of the month, so guess I wasn't too surprised. Have been sick this week too, but going to get right back to it tomorrow. Well done to all who have lost this week, and to those who are the same or have put on....we'll all get there!:D

Been doing fitday since 2/20/10. Starting weight 170, this morning was 153. Did 3 weeks doing the "low carb" diet and lost 11lbs. However, low carb also mean low fiber, so enough of that one. Just going to watch calories and fat intake till I make my goal of 140. Good luck to everyone!!!
