I was sick all week (cold not flu) and didn't go to the gym for a whole week. Still feeling a little crappy but back to the gym so hopefully keep going down

I stayed the same this week, for 2 weeks in a row!

Moving forward, will have a loss to report next Friday!

It occurs to me that the weight loss and the perseverance of those who haven't lost weight this week. but are hanging in there, are equally inspiring. Thanks, you make this journey seem possible.

up 2lbs this week to 156 Time of the month, so guess I wasn't too surprised. Have been sick this week too, but going to get right back to it tomorrow. Well done to all who have lost this week, and to those who are the same or have put on....we'll all get there!
