Okay so I've been kind of plateauing for a while and while browsing the Internet I found something called the grapefruit diet. Apparently you eat half a grapefruit before each meal and it contains something that helps burn the calories that you eat. I'm doubtful, but curious and a little bit desperate. So, I was wondering, has anyone here tried it? Does it work? Have you even heard of it? Because if it does work I'm setting off tomorrow, hiking to superstore and bringing me back some grapefruit!
