Need to lose 26 Ibs an I'm stuck
 
Today is my 3 day, 2 attempts this year to lose weight.
At the beginning of the year I started with exercise and diet and lost 4.4 lbs in 2 nad half weeks, and then all was all stopped, regardless of diet and exercise.
discouraged I gave up everything.
A few days ago I got a new rush of positive energy and started into a new being lost pounds.
Currently I am going from 130.5 lbs.
I have to lose 26 Ibs.
Maybe that sounds exaggerating about my weight, but I am tall 63 in and and this 26 Ibs means a lot on me.
I just want to go back on my old weight, from 4 years ago when I got some health problems and got the weight.

Give it time and just stick with it you may not lose weight everyday or every week but stick with it and the weight will come off.Just make sure you keep track of everything you eat all your calories even from soda and juice and get some kind of exercise every day even if its just a short walk around the block :)

Thank you very much for the positive vibe!
So I have opened here the profile that I can all write and easier track!
I even started keeping a journal here :)
This time I go without giving up!

Every day I ride stationary bike for about 40-45 minutes now, and today I started exercising with DVD Jillian Michelas.
The past two days I did and walk in 2 hours.
Bring to the table everything that I drink and eat that amount of calories and I know when to stop.


What is your story, if I may ask?

i'm the same height as you but i would love to be at your weight.

i just know that your goal weight seems to put you at underweight for your BMI

were as 125 pounds is right in the middle for normal BMI

i'm just sayign that maybe you had health issues before because you were abit underweight.

but then i don't know how you look like and such so it's hard to judge

I knew someone would say that.
I'm small structure, and I don't look too thin or I'm too thin with that weight.
For years I had a weight 105.6 - 110lbs, and I have not had any health problems.
I'll put an old picture when I have found it.
I started having problems and since then I've received the rest, and weight, and all the other problems from hormonal contraception.
Although I stopped taking it even before from it I have developed hormonal problems, I've more or less solved, now all the consequences are here.
with that weight I trained karate and was perfectly healthy.

easy walk on sun - 65min

Tonight I drank a liter and a half of beer, a bite of it.
I was feeling a terrible morning, so I stepped on the scale even though today is not the day of weighing.
I was positively surprised when I saw the weight, 128.97 Ibs, - 1.76 Ibs in 5 days!
Today I will eat low-calorie foods because I overdid it yesterday and tonight, and increase the workout, to make up the turn from the path!

Jillian Michaels 30 days shred level 1 day 4 - 2x 27min
stationary biking - 2x 45min

Today I'll do

Jillian Michaels 30 days shred level 1 day 5 - 27min
stationary biking - 45min
easy walk - 60min
