Hey all. Hope you've all had good weeks and the sun is shining where ever you may be! I'm down 3lbs this week, which I'm really chuffed with!! So that's me at 154. With work and luck I should hopefully be able to claim to be 10stone something next week!!! And that's not been said for a long, long time!! Best to you all...

196 today!!!
2.5 pounds down! Best week ever & I think it's because I've limited ALL starch & have been burning off fat working in the yard & gardens. |

Hang in there & don't let this get you down or distract you. Those temporary weight gains always happens-could just be water or something new you've added to your diet recently. I haven't heard from you on the exercise challenge-are you still doing your awesome walking program?
