I know something you should know
 
I have just started to change my life. I want to help you. Go get a book called I CAN MAKE YOU THIN. It will work I lost 7lbs in the first week. This is not a pill or a diet. If you don't want to spend the monny go to the store and just look at it. You may just like what you read.

Is this by Paul Mckenna (sp?). If it is I tried it a few years ago and it didn't work for me :(

Is this EFT or what is known as tapping? I do this and it really takes away food cravings, it also calms me. You can learn how to tap by goggling Tapping Dr Mercola and watching the video. It takes 2 min and is super easy!
