Hi- sounds great! I'm in Trying to make it an hour 3-4 times a week!

This week so far: 3/17 45min. lots of hills.

Default WALKING STATS; Sat.-Fri. miles

4 , 1, 1, 3.25, 5, 1, 5 ; =20.25 total miles for this week had a little strenght training & some additional cardio, & still GAINED 1 lb.!!URGHHH.
