Okay new to the forum i'm in for the walking challenge I usually go for a 4.5 k walk it usually takes me 1 hr but now that the snow is melting i'm able to do get it done in about 45 min if i'm motivated and listening to some good tunes.:D I also usually take my dog on a 2 k walk after that since he's still a puppy he's not up for 4.5 k yet. my goal is by the middle of spring to have it worked out that i get a 4.5 k in in the morning and a 4.5k in the evening. although I do occasionally take a day or two off I will post every evening at the end of the day.
