Morning Deanna et al..... Am very please to report a 3lb loss this week. So down to 158lbs. Hope everyone else has had a good week too! :)

I feel so good loosing weight I have at least 18.8 pounds to go want to get down to 180.
I always log my food for the day and follow my calories very closely.
Anyway I am happy:D

Surpasssed my goal!!
 
Good news! Not only did I lose 3lbs. down to 248!!! I lost more than my first goal of 250!!! So onward & downward!!

Congrats to all with good #'s. For those who stayed the same, or the #'s went in the wrong direction ; stay the course, it's only a bump in the road. This too shall pass.
