Great job to everyone who lost again this week! I am maintaining at 196 this week. Just had knee surgery though so am hoping that doesn't mess me up too much.

157.5 again. Guess I should be happy I didn't gain. Thinking I may up my calories for a week between 1400 and 1600. At 1200-1400, I should be loosing a steady 2 lbs per week but it isn't working that way. Hard to eat more when you're used to not being able to. Pancake Sunday..here I come. Congrats to everyone!! Looks as though everyone is doing super!!

krayzie here with a late weigh-in (sorry). 248.8 lbs. I'm slowin' down, but still losing. Last weekend was hard for me. I went over calories everyday. : (

I just signed up for fitday yesterday. You seem to be a very supportive group! I was wondering if I may join you in losing weight? I would like to lose 40 lbs by the end of July. What are you guys doing to lose weight? I've read so many different things about nutrition and weight loss that I'm not sure where or how to begin. Is anyone looking to mentor a soon to be "loser"? Hi everyone, congrats on the losses!! I couldnt access the forum on Friday for some reason. I started out at 207, week before last. Friday at weigh in I was 202.2.... So 4.8 lb loss. I will say this, I weighed this morning too, and have gained 2 lbs back =( Im not sure what I did wrong, if anything, or if its just because Im just starting out. I weigh at the same time, and have stuck to counting calories all weekend. If anyone has encouraging words, Id love to hear them!!
