Hi there! I am MJ and I am new to FitDay! I really need to get healthy and shed some pounds! I love the sound advice you have given regarding apples, oranges, strawberries, grapefruit, eggs, etc. These could be great snack foods, too!
Dr.Oz says egg yolks are NOT bad for you. log into his website (just google Dr. Oz and you'll find it)
I agree. I've eaten two eggs (at least) a day for the last year and a half--does not seem to have negatively impacted my weight loss. I love 'em and they keep me full, a great source of protein.

The best exercises for weight loss are Fork Putdowns and Table Pushaways.
Are they you have given were weught loss tips. I handn't heard those type of tips till now. Weight loss by apple and egg were really interesting. I'll definitely try this. Thanks for those fabulous tips.

Pears are also a great alternative if you get tired of apples. Very similar nutritionally....but you get a bit more fiber from the pear...I also tend to prefer the taste.
