I used to participate in this thread, and it seemed to encourage me in those moments that I felt weak. I stopped reporting here when the news was routinely bad, which was stupid. So I'm back.

Hey, Amy, that makes 2 of us. So, I'll jump back on with you - it's nice to see you on this board again.

Great job to everyone who is keepin' on keepin' on - I get lots of encouragement seeing how well y'all are doing!

I gained 9 pounds over the holidays (I was in shock, to be honest - I didn't think I ate *that* badly), but have since lost 5 of those pounds, so not all hope is lost. I don't quite have the heart to update my signature from that 169 that took so long to see, but I'll update the weight by my name.

What a battle this feels like sometimes - I've had such a hard time finding a way to approach this mission with balance, as opposed to obsessiveness. I keep hoping I'll figure it out.

welcome back almeeker and change it's nice to see you two back again.

this week i've had no change in weight. i need to stop sneeking in bits of my fiances food i could get away with it before but it doesn't seem to be that way anymore.

also need to get back on track with measuring my food again instead of guess or saying that's close enough

at least i didn't gaine but i'm behind in my program snie i should of been about 26 pounds lost by now.

edit: i cleaned up the list abit so everyone is in alhapetical order. i'm also thinking of cleaning inactive users off the list if they haven't been active in at least 2 months

Welcome RogueSlayer and welcome back change and almeeker! Rogue, I will add you to the list. what we usually do here is just copy the list down each time we log our weight.

Yunalee, I know what we mean....just don't have the same margin of error we had when we started. Smaller body means less calories used during the day...harder to maintain that calorie deficit!

I have another good week and came in below what I had expected. I may have overestimated some of my calories over the weekend (and underestimating calories burned. Spent a lot of time playing outdoor hockey and am wondering if a lot of calories were burnt just to stay warm.

Really close to breaking into the 170's...should get there with no problem next week.

I weighed in at 200.7 on 1-16, hightest weight ever.
Today I weighed in at 195.5.
My goal is to loss at least 60 by the end of 2012.
This isn't easy, but I just keep thinking how much better my body will feel and how I'll feel about my body.
