It nice to see you back Wayne!
your not the only one that had a tough time over the summer.
i weighed my heaviest last week. but then i join the herbal magic program because i knew i wasn't getting the motivation to do it on my own anymore.

it's expensive and it'll take 2 years to do, but if it gets me down to my ultimate goal that i knew i probably couldn't do on my own anyway. it'll be so worth it

Thank you My summer wasn't hard on me, i had just gotten to the point where i needed to step back. From December to May i had put on a dozen pounds and couldn't eat well ( to lose weight) more than 2 days in a row.

I just got to the point after a year and a half of eating that way to step back and live life. So for summer i ate everything and larger portions but all really healthy food, no fast food, once a month restaurant food.

I knew when my size 36 pants were very tight it was time to change.... and here i am! I started three weeks ago and now i am down 5 pounds and my mind and focus are a thing of beauty... i feel so connected again to where i am going.

Hey, great to see you back! I joined you in having a really nice summer, including some 3K calorie days here and there. For some strange reason, weight loss slowed--imagine that! Back at it now, with the occasional "day off" (mostly due to beer) and the loses have started again.

It'd be nice to see you in the "One Hundred Club" on 01/01/12! In any event, you're here and that's what counts--keep it up.

Yeah definitely want to get back to 100 lbs lost, i can't believe i made it there and let it slip away! Oh well nothing like a good challenge again!!

Its funny how not paying attention to food and portion sizes can kill. A year and a half ago we would go to Subway and i would order a turkey salad and bowl of soup for a dinner when i was losing weight. Then i switched and just had a turkey sub which i thought added 300 calories.

By this year if i went after work i would order 1 1/2 subs, soup and coffee. When i started again 2 weeks ago that was the first food i checked out and was shocked to see i was eating 1000 calories!!!

So good to see you still coming here, don't give up ever!! I don't know what it is but something in your brain cliks and you say "ok, that's enough" and it all starts happening.

I had a good week, just not great results. I was late yesterday for work so i skipped breakfast and didn't like any choices for lunch. By the time i got home i ate lots of good healthy food but a large amount of it. Have a great weekend to all.
