the list would be above your post..it has the latest DATE, last week
was March 29th...so u see it???

I'm Back!

After 5 months of craziness I need to get back to my food plan. Stayed away from the scale a little too long and it shows. Our never ending winter is not helping as I have not gotten the bike out and have only be out running a couple of times. Spring is MIA in the northland.
