Hi Clark, great job maintaining.... I'm basically doing the same...super busy
and will continue to be busy thru out the month... I have surgery coming up the first of Nov will be off work 6-8wks.....but I'm here..

Welcome elenpotter! Best of luck reaching your goals! Looks like you have figured out our format on your own.
As mentioned, my schedule is all screwy with lots of stuff going on, but I am going to do my best to weigh in every Tuesday.
Along with everything else, my eating routine has been thrown off just a bit, and I have crept over 160 again. But I don't think that is necessarily a bad thing, as I would like to maybe have a few more pounds on me for my Hockey season coming up....I'm getting pushed around a little too easy. My long term goal is to stay under 170, and I don't think I am going to change that anytime soon.

O jeez, what can I say I've been off plan, eating like before, well maybe not as much... I've put on a few pounds and feel so disappointed in myself, will post my weight tomorrow what ever it is and TRY to get back on track

Wooeee, I haven't been on here in forever! I'm happy to see a bunch of the same names, and a bunch of new ones, too. Thanks for leaving me on the list - it was actually a nice surprise.
I've pretty much been maintaining; I had some weight gain (10#... oops!) over the summer that I've since lost, which is good. I started student teaching this fall and it's been so overwhelming and such a roller coaster that it's been tough to even remember to weigh myself on Friday mornings, tehe. Anyway, I'm posting today with my weight as of last Friday and I'll update it tomorrow. I seem to be losing weight slowly but surely, which is okay. My eating is good, but I really need to get back on the exercise wagon - tough when I'm knee-deep in lesson plans and papers to grade, but I'll get it together one of these days.
To RogueSlayer - just keep trying. The only "secret" is to not give up. Accept that you made some mistakes, take accountability for the weight gain, forgive yourself, and keep trying. Look at how far you've come already. You'll get there.
Back to lesson planning for this one - be good and happy (almost) weekend!
