Neighborhood picnic, guys weekend, and July 4th grill out = an extra lb or 2...as expected. Would be great to get into the 150's, but even the mid 160's would be a very healthy weight for me!

Hey guys! I am still here, had a rough few weeks, been way off plan
BUT don't think I've gained more that 4lbs.. well I hope so anyway. I haven't exactly gone
mad but my healthy eating has slipped and I feel terrible, I will be weighing in this Friday, good or bad I'll post it here and the battle continues
