Default

Weight crept up just a bit but more or less steady. Had a stressful week and didn't get enough sleep. Also had a work function lunch yesterday with food brought in....most likely high in sodium which I know can make my weight jump by 1-2 lbs.

Hi everyone, so I missed a couple of weeks. I got lazy, the plateau kicked in which depressed me a bit, but I'm back today and am now officially just overweight and not obese! Great news for me seeings as I've been obese for as far back as I remember!

Congrats Rogue! I too had been 'obese' and it felt good to shed that label. Hope everyone had a good week. I will be traveling for work next week so I will check in when I get back. Made a point to get a room with a kitchenette so I am not eating out for all my meals. Hope to get in a couple of morning runs too!

great job rogue, i myself still have over 20lbs to go before i'm just over weight.

good job clark for sheading that bit of gain you had.

as for me i had a heavy weekend with mothers day last weekend, that i was 197.6 on monday D: but i did a 2 day kickstart that helped me shead off over 4 pounds. and now i can say i've offically lost 40 lbs woo hoo. i still have alot to go tho. i'm also at 39 and 3/4 inches lost, kinda funny how the two stay pretty close together.

everyone have a good weekend, and those who have a long one in canada do as well!

I'm still right where I want to be, even with the travel. I will be out again next week, but at least this time it's vacation and not work! 4 Days in the windy city to celebrate my wife's birthday!
