Looks like it's been a good Friday for a lot of us!
Change, Vickie, Yunalee - great work! It's great to get tangible results to see.
sdpony - Just stick with it and you will see results. Body weight can vary so much for so many reasons. I know if I have a high sodium day on Thursday I can jump a good 2-3lbs (which happened to me before Xmas). Since than I really try to keep a regular routine for at least 24 hours before weighing in.
Today I forgot my morning banana, so I came in lower than expected...but even taking that into account I am more than happy with where I am!
yunalee....great job keep up the good work...I know my rings even my watch and bracelets are too big my wrists have shrunk who would have thunk ,,lol
Also can't wear any of my dress shoes as they are even too big.
Have been keeping the thrift stores in the red since I have been going down a size almost every week it is better to buy there than a retail store until I reach my goal size (I am down from a 3x now a 14-12) goal size is 9-10.
change......great goal reached I also am not going to back track I can't as my life depends on it. I was diagnoised in July with auto immune related cirrohis (I have never drank nor did any drugs and only have had one partner my dear hubby of 36 yrs) but my thyroid and a few other health factors caused my liver to shut down and all but 1/3 of it is damaged beyond repair was scheduled to talk to drs about a liver transplant in January but because I am taking the meds . watching my very strict diet and doing everything they tell me too my liver is in a compensating state so it has been put off till I fail..and that is also why it is hard to excercise as I get really tired and they don't want me to over work my system and this is harder for me than changing the eating lifestyle as I have always been very active.But thru God guidance I will.
sdpony...don't get discouraged sometimes it does take our bodies time to realize it is doing something good for it. Keep up the good work and we will be reading the great results next Friday.
clarkslp...I love my bananas and as I posted on another page I get mine in by using my new machine called a Yoanana (read my page) they also help me to maintain my potassium that my body needs ... go eat your banana and enjoy it

Vickey - thank you for the kind words - not just the ones towards me, but for all the positive things you said for everybody. It's always appreciated to read encouraging words. You definitely have some challenges to face when it comes to this healthy lifestyle business - perhaps even more than your fair share; I was sorry to read of your troubles. Props to you for keeping a great attitude and for doing your best to incorporate balance in your life despite those troubles - that in itself is quite a feat.
I need to go workout, and I will, but am feeling pretty "blah" on all my workout at home options. May be time for a new DVD - figured I'd look at Cathe Friedrich's site and check out her new low-impact stuff. No, not an intentional plug; I just love her. But for today, I need to pick something from what I already have. Meh, I hate these days when I definitely feel like working out, but don't really feel like doing any of my options. Ha, I need to stop whining and just do something - if there's one thing to learn from Vickey's post, it's to be gracious for all of our abilities (not whine about them!). Until next time!

hi guys, after my big loss this week only came down .04 overall.
but i get my weight checked 3 times a week and i was up almost a pound earlier
so it's good that i was able to at least get back down to where i was before.
i find if i have a big loss one week the next week my body doesn't want to lose.
also snice i've gotten to the point where i first lost weight i feel like my body wants to stay around this weight, so need to get a push off the platoe.
so i bought a mini trampoline to get some fun workouts in not as much space and at home. (i like swimming but finding the time to go out to the pool is the hard part)
so i hope this little guy helps me it was a work out for my arms getting those spring for it in place haha.
guess i should look around on youtube for some ways to use it besides jumping.

Vickey, thanks for the encouragement, it does feel good. Unfortunately, I gained 2 lbs this week, even though I stayed to all healthy foods. I believe my body will start losing again soon. I noticed it does pleatu about 50% of the time. Sorry to hear of your problems, but I am encouraged by your great mental attitude and belief in Gods help.
