My first week of trying to lose weight (not ever :) but in this journey)

Chuffed with that for a start, I knew the first week would be a large loss and don't expect it to continue at that rate but happy days!!!!

New video up aswell. I'm going to have to keep recording them in the same light as first weeks video showed more definition.
