6 week challenge - starting Saturday
Hi everyone
I'm new to the forum, and I'm keen to exercise and lose weight with some online friends.
I can't offer any great prize for getting through this challenge, however, I'm hoping that we can support each other and keep each other accountable over the next 6 weeks.
On Saturday we will need to provide the following measurements:
-Waist
-Hips
-Upper arm x 2
-Thigh x 2
-Weight
Come and join me! I will be following a low carb/paleo diet, and I will also be exercising every day - a mix of cardio, weights and yoga.
I have approx 8kg to lose. Come and lose it with me.
