I would like to clear one thing that be on diet doesn't means to be on empty stomach, but In fact when you are on a diet don't remain empty, but also don't eat to much. Try to eat healthy and fresh foods such as fruits and green vegetables it will definitely helps you a lot in loosing weight, as well as you will also not get starved.
